Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit dominium.premiumclients.ai or book a call with us, why we collect it, who we share it with and what rights you have. We keep it as short and concrete as we can.
Last updated: October 21, 2026
01Who we are
Dominium Global is a real estate transformation offered by PremiumClients.ai, a trade name of Strategic Growth Ventures, S.L., a company registered in Spain ("we", "us"). We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.
For any privacy question or request, email [email protected].
02What we collect
- When you book a call. First and last name, email address, phone number, company name and, if you provide them, website, role, markets, team size, number of departments, weekly lead volume, current CRM, your main challenge, your language, timezone and chosen time slot.
- When you fill in another form on our site. The details you enter, such as your name, contact details, company and information about your business.
- When you browse. Technical data such as IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referring page and timestamps. Our servers process this to deliver the site and keep it secure.
- With your consent only. Analytics and marketing data collected through cookies and similar technologies, as described in our Cookie Policy.
We do not ask for special categories of personal data and ask you not to include them in free-text fields.
03Why we use it and on what legal basis
- To arrange and prepare your call and respond to your enquiry. Steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), and the consent you give in the booking form.
- To follow up about the Dominium Audit and our services. Our legitimate interest in following up with businesses that contacted us (Art. 6(1)(f)). You can object at any time.
- To run, secure and improve the website. Our legitimate interest in a working and secure website (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- To measure website use and advertising performance. Your consent through the cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.
- To meet legal obligations. Such as tax, accounting and responding to lawful requests from authorities (Art. 6(1)(c)).
We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing that have legal or similarly significant effects.
04Who we share it with
We only share personal data with service providers that help us run our business, under data processing agreements, and only as far as needed:
- PremiumClients CRM. Our CRM, where booking and enquiry details, appointments and notes are stored. It runs on a platform provided by HighLevel, Inc.
- Website hosting and database. The infrastructure providers that host this website and store form submissions.
- Google (Google Analytics 4). Usage statistics, only after you accept analytics cookies.
- Meta Platforms (Meta Pixel and Conversions API). Advertising measurement. The Pixel only loads after you accept marketing cookies. When you book a call or submit a form, we may also send Meta a booking event with your email address and phone number in hashed (encrypted) form, so we can measure which ads lead to bookings.
- Zapier. Passes submissions from some of our forms to our internal tools.
- Authorities and advisers. When required by law, or to establish or defend legal claims.
We never sell your personal data or share it for other companies' own marketing.
05International transfers
Some of these providers are based in, or access data from, countries outside the European Economic Area, including the United States. In those cases transfers are protected by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, or by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
06How long we keep it
- Booking and enquiry details. For as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any business relationship that follows. If no relationship follows, we delete or anonymise them once they are no longer needed for follow-up, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
- Client records. For the duration of the engagement and afterwards for the periods required by Spanish tax and commercial law.
- Analytics and advertising data. According to the retention settings of Google and Meta, and never longer than needed for measurement.
- Server logs. For a short period needed for security and troubleshooting.
07Your rights
You have the right to access your personal data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its processing, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing. You can also object at any time to us following up with you.
To exercise these rights, email [email protected]. We reply within one month. You can change your cookie choices at any time using the link in the footer.
If you believe we have not handled your data correctly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, aepd.es) or the data protection authority in your own country.
08Security
We use encryption in transit, restricted access based on role, and providers with recognised security standards. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and will act quickly if something goes wrong, including informing you and the authorities where the law requires it.
09Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
10Changes to this policy
We update this policy when our services, providers or the law change. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change significantly affects how we use data you already gave us, we will tell you.
